Position Overview -
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services and solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities -

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT needs.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close business deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools.

Provide feedback to product/solution teams based on customer insights and market demands.
Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.

Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software services, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills -

Experience in selling enterprise IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation services).

Understanding of technology consulting and managed services.

Established network of contacts within relevant industries.
