Position Overview -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective implementation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities - 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.

• Evaluate existing processes and systems to recommend improvements and automation opportunities.

• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand business challenges and identify IT solutions.

• Support testing phases by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Assist in change management activities including training, documentation, and user support.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancements with IT teams.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
